Training

Training at the 2018 Miyagi Chojun Festival will be open to all IOGKF students of all ages. Many exciting opportunities to train with the world's best instructors.

There will be training sessions for all belt ranks from the beginner levels to the most senior karate students.

There will be training opportunities for karate students who are not part of the IOGKF - please watch for details

Accomodations

MCF2018 will be hosted at the Holiday Inn in Burlington. By calling the Hotel's toll free Reservation Line, 1-888-987-4888, individuals can make their own reservations. For individuals to receive the established Group rate, you must identify themselves as a member of the IOGKF Canada group when making the reservation.

All reservations must be received by Friday, May 11, 2018. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be subject to availability and the most available rate.

Miyagi Chojun Festival

Our festival celebrates the teachings of Sensei Chojun Miyagi, the founder of Goju-Ryu Karate.

Through the use of a disciplined system of movements and techniques we aspire to improve ourselves as human beings – both physically and mentally. Goju-Ryu Karate is a method of finding the inner harmony that exists in all of us.
