Shudokan Family Karate Centre and IOGKF Canada are pleased with the great response to the first Online Kata Seminar which featured Gekisai Dai Ichi. These seminars provide an intensive focus on the history, characteristics, specific techniques, bunkai, and more of the IOGKF kata.
This time the seminar is with Tetsuji Nakamura Sensei and Torben Svendsen Sensei.
These seminars are open to IOGKF members only – ages 13 and up, 7th kyu and up.
